Every new treatment starts with a consultation. Prescription-only treatments are only given after a face-to-face assessment with a prescriber.
Forms before you arrive
Your medical history and consent forms are sent by email or text when you book, so you can fill them in on your phone.

See your appointments, change or cancel, update your medical details and message us securely, any time.

* Laser hair removal is provided by Ellie Brooks Ltd, an independent practitioner working from our clinic. Ellie Brooks Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on this treatment.
Anti-wrinkle injections and Vitamin B12 injection are prescription-only medicines. They are only offered after a face-to-face assessment with a prescriber, who decides whether treatment is suitable.

Once you're happy with the plan, we book your treatment. Products, doses and batch numbers go on your record.

Aftercare
We explain your aftercare and arrange a review where it's needed. You can message us through the portal.
